I have been in sort of a weird mood today. When things like this happen, it just really makes you think. However, I don't wish to waste my time with sadness. I choose to be thankful that he shared he incredibly amazing talents with us. I choose to put one of his records on and dance around the living room with my daughter (not that this is much different from everyday life as I am a die hard fan). And I choose to forever remember what he brought into the music industry as we know it today.
Sometime soon I will be posting a self portrait that will be my tribute to him. It sounds utterly cheesy I know, but it is a form of expression. Something that I take from his life is that self expression is beautiful!!!
If anyone even reads this blog, I am curious what everyone else takes away from MJ's life, his music, his whatever. I know everyone knows who he is, and I know everyone has at least once done a little jig when one of his songs came on. So I am just curious.
